This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for correction of the cause title.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner belongs to village Ghantagadia, Musalmansahi which comes under Agarapada police station in the district of Bhadrak but inadvertently in the cause title, the P.S. name has been reflected as Khaira and the district name has been mentioned as Balasore and the same may be permitted to correct. Learned counsel for the State has no objection. After going through the averments taken in the

Learned counsel for the petitioner shall make necessary correction in the cause title in Court. Accordingly, the I.A. is disposed of.
