1. On perusal of the impugned order of the State Information Commission dated 29th November, 2012 in Complaint Case No. 1196 of 2011 the Court is unable to find any legal error vitiating it.

2.The Petitioner was working as a Junior Assistant dealing with the Indira Awas Yojana (IAY) matters at the Aul Panchayat Samiti, Kendrapara snd was found to have not been prompt in providing the information in Form-A under the Right to Information Act, 2005. All that it hass happened is that he has been asked to pay penalty of Rs. 12,500/- and an equal penalty has been imposed on his colleague.

3.Considering that the amount is insignificant, and since even on merits no case is made out for interference, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition. It is accordingly, dismissed.
