This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This is an application for modification of the order dated 17th March, 2022 by which the writ petition was disposed of.

It is submitted by Mr. Singh, learned counsel appearing for the private Opposite Parties that the observation made in paragraph-4 of the said order may hamper the conduct and professional ethics of the counsel representing the Opposite Parties. Hence, he prays to alter/modify the contents of paragraph-4 of the order dated 17th March, 2022.

Taking into consideration the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, this Court observes that fair concession made by learned counsel appearing for the parties at the time of adjudication of the case will not affect in any manner the conduct as well as professional ethics. 5.

In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made in the I.A., which is accordingly dismissed.
