Learned Counsel for the parties agreed that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is analogues to W.P.(C) No. 18569 of 2016 disposed of vide Judgment dated 12.07.2022, and this Writ Petition may be disposed of in terms of the observation/ direction given in the said order. 4.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the observation/direction given in the judgment dated 12.07.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 18569 of 2016.
