This matter is taken up hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

The Petitioners having been implicated in connection with Sahadevkhunta P.S. Case No.74 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.186 of 2021 registered for alleged commission of offence under Section-341/294/323/307/379/506/34 of the IPC, pending on the file of learned SDJM, Balasore, have filed this application under section-438 of the Cr.P.C. for their release on bail in the event of their arrest in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the materials on record as also other surrounding circumstances; further taking into account the criminal antecedents of the Petitioners, while being not inclined to grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioners, this application is disposed of with the observation that when the occasion would so arise before the learned Court in seisin of the case for consideration of the prayer for grant of regular bail

// 2 // to the Petitioners, the same would be made on its own merit and disposed of in accordance with law.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Interim order passed on 30.03.2021 does no more survive. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
