None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. 3.

This Court by an order passed on 03.10.2016 has directed the petitioner to explain as to why the name of private individual has been shown as complainant in the G.R.Case number but the petitioner has not yet complied the said order. The petitioner by way of an application U/S. 482 of Cr.P.C. seeks to quash the NBWA issued against him on 06.10.2015 by learned S.D.J.M., Boudh in T.R. Case No. 122 of 2012 but execution of such N.B.W.A has not been stayed by this Court and in the meantime, around six years have passed from the date of passing of impugned order. In view of the above facts, this Court reasonably entertains a doubt as to whether the cause of action still survives for the petitioner in this case. 4.

In view of such, the CRLMC is dismissed.
