It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to one involved in Susanta Kumar Bisoyi v. State of Orissa (W.P.(C) No.31269 of 2011, disposed of on 20.07.2021) and in Sanjay Kumar Rout v. State of Odisha, AIR 2018 Orissa 162.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in Susanta Kumar Bisoyi and Sanjay Kumar Rout (supra), this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order and Judgment. 5.
