Heard Mr. P.C. Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. T.K. Pattnaik, learned Addl. Standing Counsel. 3.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.3 to release the amount of Rs.2,03,980/- which has been illegally and arbitrarily deducted from his final bill in respect of the work "construction and maintenance of work for a period of 5 years under PMGSY work, vide package No. OR-21-160 ph-VII". 4.

Since this is a year old case, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in terms of the detail tender call notice or the agreement executed between the parties. 5.
