Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the Opposite Parties to transmit all records relating to the present case, such that Opposite Parties 1 to 5 shall look into the complaint of the Petitioner dated 29.01.2020 under Annexure-10. 4.

Mr. B.K. Dash, learned Counsel for Opposite Party Nos. 4 and 5 contended that the grievance made in the Writ Petition has already been complied with and as such, there is nothing to be adjudicated in this Writ Petition.

On perusal of the record, more particularly Annexure-10, it is evident that the Petitioner, claiming to be one of the Trustees of Indotech Education Trust, Bhubaneswar, disputes the action taken by

the other members who were also the Trustees. As such if any dispute arose among the Trustees, the same is to be considered and decided in appropriate forum. Thus, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made by the Petitioner in this Writ Petition. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum, if he is so advised.
