This is an application for correction of typographical error in the order dated 14th September, 2022 by which the writ petition was dismissed as withdrawn.

It is submitted by Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner that at paragraph-2 of the order dated 14th September, 2022, it has been inadvertently mentioned as "Cr.P. Execution Case No. 361 of 2018" instead of "C.P. Execution Case No. 361 of 2018".

In view of the above, the order dated 14th September, 2022 be corrected accordingly.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
