A serious allegation is made that in spite of having right title and interest over the disputed land in question by the deceased father of the Petitioner, there is attempt for eviction of the Petitioner from the said land.

Considering the allegation of the Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event there is no involvement of encroachment proceeding involving the Petitioner as yet, there shall not be any eviction / demolition involving the disputed property in question without following due process of law.
