This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the Contemnor.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the order in respect of other persons who are similarly situated like the Petitioner has been complied with. However, the order dated 25.11.2021 passed by this Court in case of the present Petitioner in W.P.(C) No.36007 of 2021 has not been complied with. 4.

Considering the aforesaid submission, as last opportunity this Court grants four weeks time to carry out the order of this Court. Failure to comply with the direction of this Court will attract serious penal consequences under the Contempt of Court's Act and the contemnor shall not be allowed to take the plea of any omission or lack of knowledge etc.
