Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 1st November, 2012 passed by Collector and District Magistrate, Balangir in Misc. Case No.5 of 2012. 2.

The order impugned herein was challenged in IA No.145 of 2012, which was disposed of on 9th March, 2022. The said order is under challenge in W.P.(C) No.13865 of 2022.

Accordingly, the writ petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.
