Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

It is stated by Mr.U.K.Sahoo, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State that pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 30.6.2022, a compliance affidavit has been filed by O.P.3 on 7.7.2022, Paragraph-9 of which discloses as follows :- "9. That, it is humbly submitted that as per order of the Collector, Balasore passed in Misc. Case No.63/2019 (arising out of order passed in W.P.(C) No.17356 of 2019) communicated vide Memo No.261/Judl Dated 23.6.2021, the Block Development Officer, Baliapal has issued notice to Prabhuram Dey, Panchayat Executive Officer and Pravasis Behera, GRS to deposit entire released amount of Rs.90,000/-. Accordingly, an amount of Rs.45,000/- (rupees forty-five thousand) only has been realized from sir Prabhuram Dey, PEO vide MR No.82 Dated 6.7.2022 and an amount of Rs.45,000/- (rupees forty-five thousand) only from Sri Pravasis Behera, GRS vide MR No.83 Dated 6.7.2022. Accordingly, the order Dated 30.4.2021 passed

// 2 // by the Collector, Balasore in Misc. Case No.63/2019 (arising out of order dated 23.9.20189 of W.P.(C) No.17356 of 2019 has been complied."

For the disclosure through the affidavit of O.P.3 and further there is also disclosures of the above fact through the order-sheet of the competent authority, this Court finds, there is no cause of action surviving for adjudication any further. The matter stands disposed of accordingly.
