Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 19.02.2022 in connection with Mancheswar P.S. Case No.51 of 2022 corresponding to Special C.T. No.1074 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 341/384/385/294/397/323/307/506/34 of IPC.

Considering the submissions, materials on record, the period of detention of the petitioner in custody and the fact that all the injuries sustained by the injured are simple in nature, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail.
