1. Mr. J. K. Mishra (2), advocate, enters appearance for Opposite Order No.

Party No.5 and files the Vakalatnama in Court today, which is taken on record.

2. The Petitioners' representation under Annexure-2 series shall be examined by the Tahasildar, Baliapal and after issuing notice to the Petitioners as well as Opposite Party No.5 and giving them an opportunity of hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 20th June, 2022 and the said order be made available to them not later than 27th June, 2022. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.
