Mr. Sahu, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, his clients are heirs and legal representatives in respect of money left behind by their deceased father. They seek relief of direction upon opposite party bank to disburse the amount lying in the account, equally amongst the legal heirs.

Mr. Nayak, learned advocate appears on behalf of the bank and submits, opposite party no.2 was nominee. On application made by him the money amounting to Rs.10,83,080.41 was transferred to the nominee on 10th February, 2022.

Petitioners have information of disbursement. They must take steps, as may be advised.
