1. The impugned order of the learned Single Judge has decided that it is the widow and not the mother, who would be entitled to family pension of the deceased government servant. It is consonance with the declaration of law by the Supreme Court of India in Nitu v. Sheela Rani (2016) 16 SCC 229.

2. Accordingly, the Court is not inclined to interfere. The appeal is dismissed.
