This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 19.01.2015 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Anandapur in G.R. Case No.610 of 2013 wherein the learned S.D.J.M. has taken cognizance under Sections 147/ 451/ 294/ 427/ 436/ 186/ 148/ 353/ 506/149 IPC and Section 4 of the PDPP Act against him. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that there is no material to proceed against the Petitioner. 4.

Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order but giving liberty to the Petitioner to raise all the points at the time of framing of charge, if so advised, this petition stands disposed of.
