This application has been filed to recall the order dated 10.11.2022, by which the writ petition was disposed of as infructuous. 3.

Mr. Kanungo, learned Senior Advocate appearing along with Mr. S.R. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that against compulsory retirement, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.

On perusal of the record itself, it appears that the petitioner was 57 years old by the time the writ petition was filed in the year 2013. Therefore, in the meantime, he has crossed the age of superannuation. Thus, by efflux of time, the prayer made in the writ petition has already become infructuous. Thus, rightly the same was mentioned at the time of passing the order dated 10.11.2022. 5.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined entertain this I.A. and the same stands dismissed.
