This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard Mr. L. Bhuyan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Miss S. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the Opposite Parties.

Relying on the order passed by this Court dtd. 03.05.2016 in W.P.(C) No. 15093 of 2011, the petitioner has preferred a representation to the Collector, Keonjhar (Opposite Party No.1) for redressal of his grievance inter alia for her selection as Anganwadi worker.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that though he has preferred a representation from 27.12.2021 by Registered Post in terms of the order passed by this Court, the authorities are yet to consider the same.

Taking into account the nature of grievance of the petitioner the Collector, Keonjhar (Opposite Party No.1) is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner vide Annexure-1 Series within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of the certified copy of this order of this Court, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5.

The petitioner is directed to supply the copy of the writ petition containing all the annexures to the Collector, Keonjhar (Opposite Party No.1) along with a certified copy of this order for convenience and reference to Annexure-1 Series. 6.

With such direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. 7.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
