This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner for anticipatory bail.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with I.C.C. Case No.04 of 2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bonai for commission of offence punishable under Sections 420/465/ 468/474/120-B, I.P.C.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a widow and she has been falsely implicated in the present case.

Considering the submissions made by the respective parties and the materials placed before the Court, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner by the Arresting Officer in the aforesaid case, petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
