This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Mr. S. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the trial of the case is at fag end and, therefore, the bail application of the Petitioner may kindly be disposed of by taking into consideration that the trial is likely to be concluded within a short time. 3.

Learned counsel for the State is present.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and prayer, this Court does not find any ground to allow the Petitioner to go on bail more particularly when the trial is at fag end and the case is likely to be disposed of shortly.

Accordingly, the BLAPL is disposed of.
