Mr. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client is legal heir of the deceased workman. He draws attention to award dated 30th June, 2009, whereby there was direction for payment of full pay with increments and other service benefits for period 1st September, 1988 to 31st July, 1991. He submits, amount in excess of Rs.22,000/- is still to be paid by the management. 2.

He draws attention to order dated 1st September, 2016 made by co-ordinate Bench, reproduced below.

"Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the back wages has already been paid to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

// 2 // Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will obtain instruction regarding such payment. Put up this matter on 07.09.2016."

He submits, his client will approach opposite party no.4 with particulars of the outstanding amount.

Mr. Tripathy, learned advocate appears on behalf of opposite party no.4 while Mr. Babu, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State.

Petitioner will approach opposite party no.4 with particulars of the claim under said award and demonstrate balance outstanding to be paid. The approach will be on communication of website copy of this order. Opposite party, on obtaining satisfaction regarding outstanding amount payable, will liquidate the same within four weeks of such communication.

The writ petition is disposed of.
