1. There is already an order dated 2nd March, 2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.4124 of 2021 filed by another set of villagers of Chhatia Gram Panchayat. Similar direction has been prayed for by the Petitioners in the present writ petition.

2. It appears that the said writ petition was disposed of on 2nd March, 2022 with specific directions to the Collector, Jajpur to consider the objections of the villagers. It is now stated that the Collector has not yet disposed the objections of the Applicants. If the objections have not yet been disposed of, it is directed that the said objections will be disposed of by a reasoned order on or before 5th December, 2022.
