Seeking to quash the order dated 30th August, 2006 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Kashipur in connection with Tikiri P.S. Case No.54 of 2004, corresponding to G.R. Case No.105 of 2004(B), the petitioners, namely Umasankar @ Uma Majhi and Hemalata Majhi, have invoked the provisions under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.

It is pointed out by the Stamp Reporter of this Registry that certified copy of the impugned order has not been filed and record reveals that such defect has not yet been removed. 3.

Today when the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioners.

Since the defect as per S.R. has not been removed and in the meanwhile near about five years have been elapsed, this CRLMC is dismissed.
