This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Mr. S.S. Mohanty, learned counsel appears for the Petitioners and filed the memorandum of the settlement, which is affirmed on behalf of the Petitioners stating inter alia that, during pendency of this case, both parties reconciled their accounts and the Petitioners-Company has received the total amount of Rs.65,04,74,719 (Sixty-Five Crores Four Lakhs Seventy-Four thousand Seven Hundred Nineteen) from the Opposite Parties.

As the Petitioners have settled the matter abandoning the relief in this petition, this writ petition is to be closed as settled. Accordingly it is ordered.

Mr. A.K. Sahoo, learned counsel appears on instruction of Mr. P.K. Mohanty, learned Senior Counsel for the Opposite Parties No.2 and 3.

The settlement affidavit that has been filed today in the proceeding is taken on record.
