1. Considering that the period of engagement of the Workman was just around three months and therefore, the amount involved may not be substantial, the Court is not inclined to interfere with the matter. The amount involved shall be disbursed to the concerned persons within four weeks from today.

2. However, the question of law arising from the petition is left open for consideration in some other appropriate proceedings. This order is without prejudice to the stand of the present Petitioners and their contentions are left open for being urged in other appropriate proceedings.

3. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
