The defaulting borrower of a term loan availed in August, 2008 for a sum of ₹18 lakhs from State Bank of India, Bapujinagar Branch, Bhubaneswar has filed the present writ petition challenging the recovery process initiated under the SARFAESI Act, 2002 (in short 'the Act, 2002'). The Specific challenge is to the notice dated 24.04.2013 assuming symbolic possession of the mortgaged properties under Section 13(4) of the Act, 2002.

3. At the time of hearing, learned proxy counsel files a Memo dated 19.05.2022 to withdraw the writ petition. The same be kept on record.

4. In view of the Memo filed, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
