Since the petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to allow them to appear in the 1st and 3rd semester examination of Bachelor in Physiotherapy for 2015-16 batch and 1st semester examination for 2016-17 batch, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous. 3.
