1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appeal in accordance with law.

2. If such appeal is filed not later than 22nd August 2022 accompanied by an application for condonation of delay explaining the delay on account of the pendency of the present petition, it will be considered by the appellate authority in accordance with law. If the appeal is accompanied by an application for interim relief and it is filed within the time stipulated, then till such time appellate authority passes an order thereon, interim order passed by this Court on 28th September 2012 will continue. The Court has clarified that it has not expressed any view in the matter. The original annexure, if any, be returned subject to being substituted with attested photocopy thereof.

3. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for in the above terms.
