Recording the statement made by the learned counsel for Petitioner that in the C.S. No.96 of 2021 there is already development to the extent making all the contesting defendants ex parte and since the suit is of the year 2021, though this Court is not inclined to target the suit at this stage, however, permits the Petitioner to re-approach the Court after three months for this purpose.
