This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to set aside the order dated 22nd January, 2015 passed by the learned Special Judge, Special Court, Bhubaneswar in T.R. Case No.15/37 of 2009/2004 and order for recall of the I.O. (P.W.4) for his cross-examination. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.K. Pani, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Vigilance Department.

The matter was figured in the weekly list and it is well within the knowledge of the learned counsel for the Petitioner

// 2 // that the matter will be taken up, but instead of arguing the matter, counsel for the Petitioner seeks adjournment of the case. 5.

I am not inclined to adjourn the case, since it is a case of the year 2015 and the case is at the defence stage, as submitted by Mr. Pani.

Hence, the CRLMC stands dismissed.
