1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the Chief Engineer, (Electrical and Mechanical), (Opposite Party No.2) and Chief Engineer (Civil), (Opposite Party No.3), Paradip Port Trust (PPT), to examine the grievance of the Petitioner. Taking into consideration the views expressed by the Executive Engineer, E& CM Division, PPT in his letter dated 12th October, 2012 (Annexure-5) with a reasonable time as fixed by the Court.
2. Accordingly, a direction is issued to Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 to examine the Petitioner's grievance in the light of the above letter dated 12th October, 2012 of Opposite Party No.5 and after hearing the Petitioner to pass a reasoned order not later than 1st November, 2022. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.
