1. The impugned order of resumption has been passed on 14th January, 2002 by the Additional Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar in W.L. Case No.108 of 1973, whereas the land was sold to the Petitioner vide R.S.D. No.6304 dated 24.08.1992. The impugned order was passed without notice to the present petitioner. ON that short ground, the impugned order is set aside and W.L. Case No. 108 of 1973 is restored to the file of the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar.

2. The petitioner shall appear before the said authority on 12th September, 2022 along with a downloaded copy of this order. After hearing the Petitioner and other interested parties, the Tahasildar will dispose of the said W.L. Case No.108 of 1973 by a reasoned order within a period of four months thereafter.

3. Till then status quo be maintained in respect to the property in question.
