Heard Ms. D. Mahapatra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. P.K. Muduli, learned additional Government Advocate appearing for the State-opposite parties. 3.
Ms. D. Mahapatra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that against the order passed by the authority, the petitioner has already preferred appeal bearing No.01 of 2022 before the Revenue Divisional Commissioner, Sambalpur, which is still pending for consideration.

In view of the above, since the petitioner has availed alternative remedy by filing Appeal bearing No.01 of 2022 before the Revenue Divisional Commissioner, Sambalpur, this Court permits the petitioner to pursue his remedy in accordance with law.

With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
