1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The petitioner challenges the letter No.381 dated 03.12.2021 issued by the Principal, Panchapir Women's Higher Secondary School, Karanjia wherein the salary of the petitioner has been withheld on the ground that he was remained absent unauthorizedly from duty from 11.11.2021 to 21.11.2021. Further allegation against the present petitioner is that he was disobeying and abusing the authority, which is his gross mis-conduct.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has given a representation opposite party No.2 on 03.02.2022 regarding his grievance, which is pending under consideration.

4. In view of such facts, representation being given to the Director, Higher Secondary Education Department, Bhubaneswar, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the opposite party No.2 to dispose of

// 2 // the said representation within a period of two months from the date of presentation of this order.

5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
