Mr. Anindya Kumar Mishra, learned Central Government Panel Counsel submits that, he has no instruction in the matter. 5.
We wonder, how the WPCRL could be filed invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Article- 226 of the Constitution of India against an order passed U/S. 145 Cr. P.C., without taking recourse to regular law under the Criminal Procedure Code.
