On 15.11.2022 when the matter was called, learned Counsel for the Petitioners was found absent, though earlier on 13.09.2022 and 14.10.2022 time was asked for to file the Rejoinder Affidavit. Today also when the matter is called, learned Counsel for the Petitioners is found absent. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution. 4.

Interim order dated 15.03.2016 passed in Misc. Case No.3719 of 2016 stands vacated.

Urgent certified copy of this Order be granted on proper application.
