1. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we are satisfied that the prayer made in this application deserves to be allowed without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties. The application is accordingly allowed.

2. Let the necessary amendment be carried out in the writ petition as per the schedule to the application. The consolidated writ petition incorporating the amendment is available on record. W.P.(C) PIL No.4242 of 2016

3. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to make a fresh representation to the authority concerned and after following up on

such representation to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
