This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail application of the petitioners. Further, he seeks liberty to approach this Court whenever apprehension arises. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners were protected by the order passed by this Court in the application filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
