This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

With the consent of learned counsel for both parties, the matter is being referred to the Co-coordinator, Orissa High Court Mediation Centre for settlement of their dispute. An extract of this order be sent to the Orissa High Court Mediation Centre, who shall make necessary arrangement for appointment of Mediator to resolve the dispute through the mechanism of mediation. The parties are directed to appear before the Mediator on the date to be fixed by the Mediator. 3.

List this matter in the week commencing from 19.09.2022. 4.

As an interim, it is directed that the Petitioners shall not be arrested in connection with G.R.Case No.400 of 2021 arising out of Balianta P.S.Case No.134 of 2021 pending in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C.(O), Bhubaneswar till the next date.
