Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that on instructions states that the Management has changed and it is possible that there was some compromise between the erstwhile Management and the Opposite Party No.2-Workman. He accordingly seeks leave to withdraw this petition, with liberty to revive it, if any cause of action survives.

2. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
