This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition claiming to be a beneficiary under the Odisha Bhoodan and Gramdan Act, 1970 (for short, 'the Act') prays for a direction to issue R.O.R. in their name in respect of land bearing Plot No.1611 to an extent of area Ac.0.06 decimals under Hal Khata No.1328 in MouzaGaneswarpur under Remuna Tahasil in the district of Balasore (for short, 'the case land').

3. Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that let the Petitioner files an application before the Tahasildar, Remuna-Opposite Party No.6, who will consider his case in accordance with law.

In view of the above, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner makes an application to the Tahasildar, RemunaOpposite Party No.6 for redressal of his grievance with regard to settlement of the case land under the provisions of the Act within a period of two weeks hence, he shall do well to consider

// 2 // and dispose of the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of filing of such application along with certified copy of this order.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
