Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.1-wife and the averments made in this application, this Court is not inclined to entertain this interlocutory application.

Accordingly, the I.A. stands dismissed.

However, liberty is given to the Opposite Party No.1-wife to file appropriate review application for review of the aforesaid order dated 06.01.2022, if so advised.
