Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 02.01.2022 in connection with Capital P.S. Case No.03 of 2022 corresponding to T.R. Case No.2 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Bhubaneswar for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 341/354/354-A/506 of IPC read with Section 10 of POCSO Act and Sections 3(1)(4)/3(1)(w)(i)/3(1)(w)(ii) of SC and ST Act.

Considering the nature of accusations, the materials on record, the period of detention of the petitioner in custody and the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted in the case, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail. 5.
BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
