3. Considering the fact that the contraband allegedly seized from the possession of the Petitioner is more than commercial quantity i.e. 140 kgs. and 300 grams of ganja, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is, therefore, rejected. (Sashikanta Mishra) AKB Judge
