Learned Counsel for the Petitioners files an Affidavit on Order No.

behalf of the Petitioners in Court today, which is taken on record. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature accusations; referring to the affidavit of the Petitioner dated 08.07.2021 submits that in the meantime for the dispute between the Petitioner and Informant as alleged, the F.I.R. being lodged at Kumbharpada P.S., further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also the concerning the Petitioners and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with Kumbharpada P.S. Case No.215 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.2142 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Puri, within three weeks hence and move for their release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court. 5.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
