2. Vide order dated 23rd September,2022 this Court allowed the learned counsel for the Petitioner to take instruction. There is no interim stay in this case. The matter is of the year 2016. Challenged in this petition has been made to the order dated 7th April, 2016 passed by the learned S.D.J.M.,Anandapur in G.R.Case No.219 of 2014. Since none pursue the case, there is no point in keeping this petition alive. Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed for non prosecution.
