Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition in order to file a Writ Petition challenging Office Order No. 5407 dated 12.05.2022 passed by District Education Officer, Mayurbhanj in compliance to order dated. 16.12.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 39549 of 2021. He further submits liberty may be granted for the same.

4. In view of the same, the CONTC Petition is dropped, according liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition with better particulars.
